Planning to join us at PSYCH Symposium: London, 6 July, 2023? On this page, you will find all the information you need to attend the summit, including how to get there, information on hotels and more.

Tickets & Entry
Your tickets must only be used by the bearer of the ticket. You can amend the details on your ticket(s) at any time via your Eventbrite confirmation email.
Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
On arrival, you will be asked to show your ticket. Your ticket is attached as a PDF to your Eventbrite confirmation email.
You can print, or display your ticket on your phone, via your order confirmation email from Eventbrite.
Please ensure your phone is fully charged if using for digital tickets.

Enter the conference via the main visitor entrance.
Go through the foyer into ‘The Great Court’ (large entrance hall).
Go down the stairs found in the left or right corners of the The Great Court, closest to the entrance.

What TIME DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
08:45 BST
Where is delegate registration?
Enter The British Museum via the Main Entrance
You do not need to go through the search tent provided you arrive before 9:30am
Go through the entrance foyer into the main hall.
Turn to your left or your right, and go down the stairs found in the corner of the room.
The PSYCH Symposium delegate registration desk is down the stairs.
Is there a cloakroom for attendees?
There will be a private cloakroom available for delegates, adjacent to the registration desk and just around the corner from our networking space.
can’t access the digital event platform
Check the email address that was entered when registering your ticket in Eventbrite is correct. You can amend any of the registration details assigned to your ticket, free of charge, via your Eventbrite Account. Log into Eventbrite using the email address you provided with your ticket order.
Ensure the email address you’re using to log into Swapcard is the same as the email address assigned to your ticket.
